Your order form goes live

We set up your branded parent portal in 3 – 5 business days. You’ll receive a preview link before it goes live. One link to share with your studio families.

Parents submit & pay

Share the link and let the system work. Automated reminders handle follow-ups. Revenue flows into your Stripe account as submissions come in.

We deliver

After your cutoff, we format and deliver your print-ready images and/or files within 5 – 7 business days. You review, approve, and send to your printer. Done.
